Valley Academy is a co-educational college preparatory school for students in grades five through twelve with leaning differences. Since its beginning in 1981 the school has experienced a steady increase in enrollment. In 1999 we were engaged by the school's Board of Trustees to analyze their existing facilities and provide recommendations for expanding and improving it over the next five years. The end result was a comprehensive master plan which evaluated program, functional elements, site constraints, image, cost, and phasing.
