The conversion of an existing 2,600 s.f. rooftop greenhouse into a conference/meeting/dining facility with commercial kitchen support. The work was competetively bid as a design/build project by Morgan State University and the MD Department of General Services based on a schematic design prepared by MSU. The work included space planning, interior and exterior lighting, kitchen design, finishes, sun control, MEP coordination, and accessibility design.
