The Cordish Company is a Baltimore based real estate development company with projects throughout the United States. In 1997 they were awarded the rights to develop the Power Plant at the Baltimore Inner Harbor where they decided to relocate their corporate office. The project involved shell design to create a main floor and mezzanines, office layout and planning, custom design for furnishings, work stations, built-in millwork items, display systems, and custom lighting. In addition the project included detailed computer modeling to help the Cordish Company understand and evaluate the overall design prior to construction.
